Customer Service Assistant - Nights

Are you an enthusiastic Customer Service professional with prior experience delivering premium experiences to customers and/or residents?Required
We are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals who have worked for a premium and luxury brand.
Do you have experience working night shifts?Required
Our positions require independent working throughout the whole night, ideally we are looking for people who have previously worked similar night shifts
Are you comfortable that this role includes a high volume of cleaning duties in addition to customer service?Required
During the night periods, our Customer Service team take a leading, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas throughout our site.
Are you happy to work alone/independently throughout the night shift?Required
Our night-time team are often the only employees onsite throughout the night, therefore we require someone who is comfortable working alone.
Are you competent using technology, such as desktop computers, smart phones/tablets, laptops etc?Required
The running of our buildings and many duties are managed and audited using wide range of technology, including desktop computers, smartphones, tablets, and laptops. IT competency is a must
