SmartPhones / Tablets
Our building regulations / health & safety software, SafetyCloud, is an app. We require all Customer Service Assistance’ to be able to use smart systems provided, such as SmartPhones or Tablets to record building H&S checks, this will involve scanning QR codes and recording data.

Desktop
Our Customer Service Assistances, at times, may be asked to replace or update electronic room keys for residents, we have collaborative systems and software to do this our CSA’s will be trained on this software to produce electronic room keys for residents.

CCTV
We have CCTV covering all areas both internally and externally of our premises, this live stream is fed into our IT system, we will deliver training to monitor and review all CCTV as required.
