Customer Service Assistant - Nights

Teamwork & Independent Working

This role will require a combination of independent working and teamwork with fellow CSA’s, Housekeepers, Supervisors, Assistant Residence Managers & Residence Managers

  • This role will require independent working throughout the night shift.

  • There will be a chain of command to call in certain circumstance should escalation be required.

  • Our Customer Service Assistants work closely with residents creating an enjoyable experience

  • Support breakfast colleagues with the set-up and cleaning of kitchen, breakfast display, and dining areas, whilst also ensuring pastries are baked prior to the breakfast shift commencing (pastries are pre-made, the requirement is only to heat the food products).
