Vita Student prides itself on premium lifestyle offerings and facilities; our communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout the shift
Objective & Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.

Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
-
Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.

Clean and disinfect communal bathrooms
-
Polish windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
-
Follow established health & safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.

Handle cleaning chemicals in compliance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines
-
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damages accordingly
-
Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as required
Areas that require cleaning will include:

Reception area

Reception toilets

Social hubs
-
Cinema rooms
-
Games rooms
-
Laundry rooms
-
Leisure / gym suites
-
Study hubs
-
Communal dining areas
Grounds Maintenance
Our external grounds are often the first impression of our facilities. It’s vital that our external grounds are kept to a high standard, whether this is the entrance to our site or our outside social hubs. This will involve outdoor sweeping, tidying & cleaning as required.
