Our Customer Service Assistant’s operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and festive and religious breaks.
Where festive and religious celebrations require time off, we will always try our hardest to accommodate.
Overtime may be available to cover holidays, sickness and busier periods.
Day
Standard day shifts can start as early as 6am in the morning and can finish as late as 10pm at night.
Day shift requirements will vary site to site.
Breakfast
Our breakfast shift starts at 6am and finishes at 11am

Events
Our events shift typically starts at 5pm and finishes at 10pm.
Event shift requirements will vary site to site.
Nights
Our night time shifts typically start at 9pm or 10pm and finish at 6am or 7am subject to site requirements and variations
