Create and coordinate promotional assets for events across digital and physical channels, including website listings, digital screens, printed materials, email and social media, ensuring all communications are locally relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.
Prepare and maintain event documentation, including event briefs, risk assessments and allergen information, ensuring events are delivered safely and efficiently.
Monitor and report on the performance of the Spain events and partnerships programme, supporting continuous improvement through insights and analysis.
Coordinate the logistics of the Spain Share2Win social media competition prize programme, including prize fulfilment, packing and courier arrangements.
Providing on-site support at selected events and resident activities, as required.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, social media and digital content.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, hands-on and curious mindset, with creativity, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
A genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for an international student community, with an appreciation for premium brands and customer experience.
Confidence to occasionally represent the brand in social media and marketing content when required
