Contract: Fixed Term, 30 hours per week
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Spaces are created to transform work/life balance, and our services take care of the finer details, so residents enjoy more of each day effortlessly. We're looking for a Seasonal Handy Person to provide additional maintenance support over the summer months.
Our Seasonal Handy Person
Plays a critical role during the summer months, restoring, improving and maintaining our buildings to pristine conditions ahead of our next intake of residents.
Painting & decorating.
Respond to maintenance requests, promptly addressing reports of issues with plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting, furniture, and other equipment.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Conduct regular inspections of residence facilities to identify potential issues and performing scheduled maintenance tasks
General repairs, such as fixing minor issues like leaky plumbing, broken fixtures, damaged doors, and wall repairs.
Performing minor tasks like replacing flooring, repairing furniture, and touch-up painting & decorating.
Ground works, maintaining the upkeep of outdoor areas such as grass-cutting & hedge-trimming/shaping.
Safety compliance. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
Who we want to join our team
Professional Experience
Skilled across a variety of maintenance functions including painting & decorating
Well-versed in delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within a similar environment.
Demonstrable understanding and adherence of safety compliance regulations and procedures.
IT literate
Personal Characteristics
