Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Hours Per Week: 6 hours per week, split across 2 shifts Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm

Our Housekeeper’s

Our Housekeeper’s play a critical role within the day-to-day operations of Vita Student, ensuring designated areas of the building are cleaned to our high standards.

• Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas as required ensuing time deadlines are adhered to.
• Following cleaning schedules and complying with health and safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to our residents
• Maintaining the cleaning equipment and replacing supplies within the budgeted allocation
• Continuously checking for any damage, faults, or defects (if found, report them to management following procedure)

Vita Student delivers a luxury, all-encompassing residential experience to our students. Our aim is to guarantee the best customer service to all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Housekeeper’s play a critical role ensuring that these standards are met throughout our buildings ensuring a pleasant, clean and comfortable environment for our residents. We are looking for:

• Experienced Housekeepers who have a background working in large, multi-room premises such as student accommodation, hotels, hospitals etc.
• Someone who is customer focussed
• Vibrant, bubbly personalities to match our Vita Student culture
• All housekeeping work is audited using tablets, therefore someone with IT experience, ideally using tablets or smart phone devices
• Our Housekeeper’s work individually rather than in teams, therefore we require someone who is comfortable working independently
