Vita Student Management seeks experienced, but above all passionate, people to uphold aspirations. Customer service skills are pre-requisite to our success, but you’ll also need to hold passion for delivering an exceptional journey to our customers. You will constantly seek out ways to maximise rental income which will enhance the journey of our students. A hands-on attitude, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to continually develop are key to the success of this role.
As part of an evolving and growing team you will be the first point of contact and support to our customers who have just booked with us to arrive the next academic year, ensuring nothing but an exceptional journey is experienced by all.
Key Role Responsibilities
Working closely with our sales teams, you will deliver exceptional service levels to our new students
Seeking out ways to enhance our customers experience throughout
Strategically evolving our opportunities to achieve efficiencies within the Customer Journey
Ensuring a smooth payment process and journey for those students paying their rent in advance
To provide commitment and passion in the role to ensure positive student experiences to promote referrals.
08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday with flexible hours available. 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office
Experience: Experience in a Customer excellence role with some sales knowledge is desirable,
Communication: You will possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner, particularly to Internationally based cultures. You must be able to demonstrate empathy and build credibility but hold a firm line where necessary in line with company objectives.
Workload Management and Approach: You will have high attention to detail, you must be organized and methodical in your approach and also be flexible when dealing with future or current customers.
Professionalism and Commitment: Reliable and can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic.
